Before making a decision whether or not to treat for nematodes, soil samples need to be taken and sent to a nematode identification laboratory.  Select a catogory from the contents menu for information on how to take samples. 

Go here to access the sample submission form that Oregon State University uses.  Read the instructions carefully and attach a copy of this form to the samples that you send to Oregon State University for identification.
