Note: Konicek (1961) determined that mint nematodes would maintain or increase population densities under Alsike clover, peppermint, bluegrass, tomato, Ladino clover, table beet, bean, wheat, turnip, cabbage, squash and cucumber, but declined in density under carrot, alfalfa, pea, oats, Penlawn fescue, sugar beet, hairy vetch, corn or fallow (order is in decreasing host suitability).
